The "Real" Ho`oponopono

NOT THE 4 MANTRA THAT YOU HAVE READ ABOUT ON THE WEB!

Hoʻoponopono is the Hawai`ian practice of re-connection, correction, forgiveness, gratitude, and creating a good life..

Ho`o in Hawai'ian is a causative prefix added to nouns to create action (changes work into to work, love into to love, etc.). Pono is; goodness, righteousness, a true condition or nature; completely, exactly, carefully, and satisfactorily. Ho`oponopono translates to modern English as ’to make completely true and right’.

Ho`oponopono teaches that there is a Divine Creator who/that supersedes the altruistic natures of humans, and that we must reconnect to that part, and seek forgiveness for our departures. It teaches that we do this through the realigning of the Conscious, Subconscious, and Super-Conscious minds and living by the 3 Prime Laws of Life. Through ho`oponopono, we are able to live the lives that we truly desire.

Ho'oponopono has been practiced for generations throughout the Polynesia although not by that name. The traditional practice of connecting to Creator (), correcting ma`i (illness), hala (wrong), and mana'o (spirituality) to restore and maintain relationships was performed by a kahu (pastor), kahuna (priest or spiritual leader), or Kahiko aʻe (eldest family member). Today, a trained and certified coach often leads the practice.

The 3 Minds books

The 3 Minds

We speak of them everyday. They are the very conduits of our existence, yet, we ignore or misuse them more than all other aspects of life. Most of us have no idea at all how to access and employ the Subconscious, Conscious, and Superconscious Minds into our lives. That can change here.

Book 1: "In My Right Mind" - A general overview of the 3 minds of man; what they are and how they work.

Book 2: "Mastering the SuperConscious" - A deep-dive into the most illusive of the 3 minds; what it is, how it works, why we misuse it so often; how it can correct most everything in life.

Book 3: "The Game of Life, and How to Play It" - Basic life concepts, requisites, principles, and guidelines for transforming what we have been taught into what actually is and how to live it.

The Four Embodiments of Man (MEPS)

Mental, Emotional, Physical, Spiritual (MEPS) - These represent the foundational dimensions of human experience. Each embodiment plays a vital role in shaping our identities, behaviors, and overall well-beings.

The mental embodiment governs our thoughts, beliefs, and cognitive processes. The emotional

embodiment reflects our feelings, emotional intelligence, and capacity for empathy. The physical

embodiment relates, of course, to our bodily health, movement, and sensory experience. Lastly, though some say, “Firstly”, the spiritual embodiment connects us to purpose, values, and a sense of something greater than ourselves.

Understanding and integrating these four embodiments is essential for living a balanced and authentic life. This is a brief yet comprehensive study into discovering these 4 parts of ourselves and having them work together and intentionally for our highest good.
